Wholesale accounts are available to approved businesses only. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion.
By applying for a wholesale account, you confirm that:
- You are purchasing for resale purposes only
- Your business details are accurate and up to date
- You will represent Adventure Collections products in a way that aligns with our brand values
Minimum order requirements apply. There is a minimum of 10 items across the whole range and a dollar minimum of $140.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of account creation and may include:
- Prepayment (payment before dispatch)
- Invoice terms (e.g. 20th of the next month for approved accounts)
Late payments may result in:
- Delayed or cancelled orders
- Suspension of wholesale access
- Additional fees (where applicable)
Ownership of goods remains with Adventure Collections until full payment is received.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
- Adventure Collections is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors
Risk transfers to the buyer once the order has been dispatched.
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
- Any damages, faults, or discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery
- We may request photos or further information
- Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, credit, or refund
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Slow-selling stock
Retailers agree to:
- Present products in a professional manner
- Not alter or repackage products without permission
- Use Adventure Collections branding and imagery appropriately
We may request removal of branding if it is used incorrectly.
If selling online, you agree to:
- Maintain product integrity and accurate descriptions
- Not sell on third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) without prior written approval
- Not undercut recommended retail pricing in a way that damages the brand
All designs, branding, product names, and imagery remain the property of Adventure Collections.
They may not be reproduced, copied, or used outside of approved wholesale purposes.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless agreed in writing.
For approved cancellations, any costs already incurred may be charged.
